Terms and Conditions
Please note delivery can take up to 3 weeks with overseas supplier for hair that is fully customisable and is made to order directly from the factory. Our UK supplier is available next day but has limited customization. Both suppliers have a long life span depending on the length originally purchased i.e a 16" set may only last 6 months whereas a 20" may last a year with correct aftercare. A full consultation is required with new clients before fitting due to colour matching and compatibility with hair extensions / methods of application.
Please note our Cancellation Policy:
At least 24 hours is required to cancel an appointment, less than 24 hours would result in 50% of the appointment cost and a 'no show' would result in the full amount before any further appointments are booked. This is to protect my time, income and my business.
